CLEANER

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a meticulous House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients, Have great time management skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The candidate should be trustworthy and reliable. The candiate will be responsible for traveling to and from residences/job sites therefore will require reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.  The House Cleaner will perform various cleaning duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

**Duties include but are not limited to:**

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

- Organize and tidy up rooms as needed

- Wash/Dry- fold Laundry

- Make beds 

- Follow cleaning schedules and instructions from clients and/or supervisors

- Notify management of any repairs needed

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in residential cleaning or related field

- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques a plus

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and carpet cleaners

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Reliable transportation to get to and from locations within the Flagstaff area. 

- Self Starter
